Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, credits, and rescheduling requests are handled for events booked with Dallas Coffee Carts.

Please review the details below carefully. If you have questions about your event, contact our team before canceling or rescheduling.

Event Cancellations

If you need to cancel your event, please contact Dallas Coffee Carts as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how much notice is provided before the scheduled service date.

For events canceled 15 or more days before service, a full refund will be issued.

For events canceled 8–14 days before service, we will refund 50% of the deposit amount.

For events canceled 1–7 days before service, no refund will be issued. At that point, our team may have already scheduled staff, ordered product, prepared supplies, and completed event logistics. However, the amount paid may be credited toward a future event when possible.

Custom Orders and Non-Refundable Items

Please note that any items already ordered specifically for your event may be non-refundable.

This may include custom branding, branded cups, custom signage, specialty products, pastries, printed materials, or other non-returnable items purchased for your event. If those items have already been ordered, you may still be responsible for those costs.

Rescheduling Policy

Under most circumstances, we are happy to offer flexible rescheduling. We know event dates sometimes need to move, and we will do our best to help when enough notice is provided.

Because we work with vendors, staffing schedules, coffee orders, custom branding, pastries, and event-specific supplies, rescheduling requests must follow the timelines below.

Single-Day Events

For single-day events, Dallas Coffee Carts can usually reschedule with at least 72 hours of notice.

Unfortunately, single-day events cannot be rescheduled with less than 72 hours of notice. If a single-day event is rescheduled with less than 72 hours of notice, the full event service amount may still be charged.

Multi-Day Events

For multi-day events, Dallas Coffee Carts can usually reschedule with at least 7 days of notice.

Unfortunately, multi-day events cannot be rescheduled with less than 7 days of notice. If a multi-day event is rescheduled with less than 7 days of notice, the full event service amount may still be charged.

Future Event Credits

When a cancellation is not eligible for a refund, Dallas Coffee Carts may allow the paid amount to be credited toward a future event when possible.

Future event credits may depend on availability, event date, service location, package details, custom orders, and any costs already incurred for the original event.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule an event, contact Dallas Coffee Carts as soon as possible with your event name, event date, location, and booking details.
